Breakfast was really, great variety. Room was spacious and so close to Masjid. Staff were all friendly - good value for money. Partial haram view is accurate but from the breakfast floor you can get a full view. Terrace was under renovation so didn’t get to see that view part

Excellent location 3 minutes' walk to the Haram. Check-in time is 16:00 however the receptionist has let us have the room at 12:00 which has eased our long travel hours. Spotless beds, bed sheets & towels. Friendly staff.

Neat and clean property ... close to the haram 2 min walk. Staff is polite and humble ..Dine in staff are also very cooperative..6 lifts are there for pilgrims which makes easy movement during salah time whereas if i compare it with other hotel like Front Al Taiba hotel lifts always busy ..

The personnel is really great and helpful especially since i arrived late at night, the security guy was very helpful.
