Initially, there were some issues, in particular regarding our breakfast which was booked on Booking.com but the hotel didn't have the information. Despite this issue, the hotel staff in particular Sheraz and Motaz Ebrahim were brilliant and went thr extra mile upgrading our rooms and providing us with the member lunch and breakfast due to the communication issue. Overall we had a brilliant stay and I would recommend to others .

I spent over two weeks at Pullman during the holy month of Ramadan, and I must say, one thing truly stood out—the level of respect and service provided throughout this sacred time. As a client of Pullman for the past three years, I consider myself both loyal and constructively critical, as I have occasionally encountered inconsistencies in their service quality. However, during my recent stay in Madinah, I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional hospitality. The staff showed great respect, and the overall service during Ramadan was commendable. Special appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for maintaining excellent cleanliness, and the Suhoor buffet team for their attentive and high-quality service. Pullman truly made this Ramadan stay a pleasant and spiritually fulfilling experience.

The reception staff were mainly very nice, but the man that we were Initially speaking to in reception to check us was not friendly at all and did not make us feel welcomed. He did not smile at all or try to sympathise with what we were saying. But, the next person who helped us was very nice. As well as this our bathroom shower kept flooding, but we told the reception about this and they sent someone to fix this for us.

It was my second stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any requests or needs. I forgot my gold ring in the bathroom on M floor and it was found and flagged to the staff the same day and moved to lost and found. Mr Shiraz and Ms.Asrar was very helpful in ensuring that it got returned to me the next day. I also received assistance from Mr.Khalid with another emergency and I am very grateful for the professional care and assistance of everyone at Pullman ZamZam Madinah. Rooms were clean, well maintained, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

The desk reception is a bit of a hit and miss. We encountered really lovely ones but the one who went to for the problem in our room was impatient and blamed us for the key card error which we explained wasn't a key card error. We were stranded outside the room, a concierge passed by and said he will call maintenance who never came. Thankfully, a housekeeper, Mohd Ariful, happened to walk by and saw us sitting outside the room. He called maintenance, gave us water, and stayed with us, ensuring the problem (card reader issue) was rectified. Throughout our stay, housekeeping was the most attentive. Location was ok but a bit far to get to the ladies section. Lifts were prompt which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I didn't get to be checked in on time when I arrived after 4pm. I had to go for my appointment at Rawdah before coming back for check in. Even at that. It still took more than 20minutes to be checked in.
