They checked us in very promptly and room was in good condition clean, was very nice and quiet so able to sleep ok , straight rd to the haram, and some good eating places around,close to masjid ghamama, masjid Abu Bakr, and masjid Ali.

Nice and clean little small but that’s with all Madina hotels I guess. They kept hold of our bags before we checked in and on the day of checking out. Lovely and friendly people working at the hotel

The location was not as we expected. However, the hotel was full. But the staff was kind enough to provide us alternative hotel GRAND PLAZA BADR which is very close to AL HARAM with great location. Thank you very much
