The location was worth spending the money. The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard. The carpet was not at all clean with multiple stains, and my toddler wanted to play on the floor, which was very annoying because of the untidy carpet. The condition of the mattresses was poor. One of them was sprung out, and the other one was too high. There was no prayer mat and quran, which was a great turn off because if we had to recite quran, we had to go into the masjid nabwi and with a toddler its not easy to do it repeatedly. Lastly, there was no iron stand and laundry facility. The location and overall environment of the hotel was clean and recommended.

Was breath of fresh air , excellent location to Masjid Nabawi.. staff were very helpful ( esp Yusuf in reception ) and even allowed for an early check in Room was clean and location was superb.. I will be definitely looking to stay there if I am back
