The property was dated, it felt like an old property. The fitting fixtures seemed old. The carpets were not cleaned in ages, especially the room and lobby. The rooms were very spacious and all amenities were available like a 3-4 star hotel. Room service food was not good but not great.

The best thing about this hotel is staff. They are so co-operative, caring and welcoming, making me feel like home. Specially I am thankful to restaurant staff Tawkeer, Barkat and Shahid in fact everyone welcome and treat me very well. 10 out of 10. Check in process was also very smooth, room was very clean and spacious

Great value for money with excellent location, great service and exceptional staff. Specially I give 5 stars to one of their staff Mr. Irfan from F&B. Just because of his exceptional service, I have already referred 3 of my family and friends who have stayed here since last year and this was my second stay with in an year as well. Highly recommended.
