The room service provided by qurban and ridwan was great. The restaurant staff especially suhail is fantastic as well as concierge staff the best! Always greeting guest whenever we meet.

The location was great. Breakfast had plenty of choice Sohail was very helpful and greeted us every morning. Reception staff dealt with our needs very quickly rooms Cleaned daily I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again 😀

Location is excellent, the staff were good especially Summon , and it was very clean 👌 Only bad thing is bad cover with plastic which makes you sweat and air con it can be noisy. But overall it was good 👍

The property was very clean, booking.com rated 3 stars, however, it was like a 5 star, it should have been 5 star on here! Everything was super clean, modern, room was spacious, bathroom modern. Staff were amazing and helpful, always asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was decent too, I was sleep deprived so couldn’t wake up for it everyday.

Proximity to Haram and Rawda. All staff were nice and helpful. Ansar in the restaurant was very nice and helped with our special request

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mysk Al Balad Hotel in Medina, and I wanted to share my experience. What truly stood out to me was the hotel's fantastic location in the heart of the city. I found it incredibly convenient, with easy access to key religious sites and local attractions. The hotel's design and ambiance were also highlights of my stay. The rooms had a beautiful blend of modern style and traditional touches, creating a really welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The service I received at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. I'd like to give a special shout out to Sohail, who went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday truly memorable by providing a delicious cake. It's these thoughtful touches that really make a difference. I also enjoyed the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, and the overall dining experience was top-notch. If you're looking for a hotel in Medina that combines a great location, beautiful design, and excellent service, I highly recommend Mysk Al Balad Hotel. It made my trip truly memorable.

Excellent hotel. The staff are very nice especially Suhail. The breakfast is great, fresh with decent choice. All the staff are just very kind and attentive. As someone who usually stays at 5* hotels, I would recommend!
