The Buffet spread was excellent. Too much of a selection and food for us to consumed during sahoor. The size of the room was expected and clean as per the photo shown.

We checked out after staying 7 days in this hotel and kept the bags as we had time for the flight. Then we asked the reception if we can use the Wash room in the lobby, they refused to allow to use it. They were so rude, no humanitarian qualities at all, so nasty at customers 😒 After all they live in Medina were Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) had said the people are so nice in Medina.

The location was excellent just outside the Masjid e Nabwi courtyard boundary wall. Room was good, clean, and spacious.

Highlight of my trip to Saudi Arabia. The location cannot be beat. The staff were courteous and friendly. The beds were some of the best I have ever slept on. And the food in the restaurant was amazing!! If there’s one thing to talk improve it was that the WiFi didn’t work for me or my family. On the other hand it was Ramadan so maybe it was a good thing that we didn’t have internet to distract us. Overall 9.5/10 experience. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
