First of all, the front desk staff (Mr. Moatez & Mr. Abdelaziz) was very professional and helped us all the way to a smooth check-in. Secondly, the housekeeping staff led by Shakib was very thorough and detailed in making sure the rooms were cleaned and topnotch.

Breakfast could have been better more options more seating. We had to go in the other hall to eat which was hard work getting the food there and back.

Location is very good around 300-400meters away from Masjid Nabvi gate. Its on Janat ul Baqi side. Our check in was late, and we got an upgrade with a very large room. It is a new property , with clean environment and new fixtures. House keeping services are top notch with Mr. Siraj, Mr. Shaheen & Mr. Tanvir all very friendly and cooperative.

The location of the hotel is just 2 to 3 minutes walking from the Haram. Moreover, i want to thank the staff for their excellent professionality with dealing with customers. I want to extend my appreciation to Mr. Abdulaziz as well for his assistance
