The location was amazing. The fact that they let us check in earlier as we arrived very early, I was so happy about it as my 70 year old mom was accompanying us and they did not made us wait until official checkin time. The staff at reception Amwaj, Razan, and Lulu were amazing. Sanaullah was also very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good too. Would difinitely recommend the hotel.

A luxurious experience with, a delicious open buffet breakfast, and dinner. Spacious room, polite helpful staff. Comfortable big bed, 24-hour available refreshing free detox water (water with fresh lemon and mint), and free normal cold water at the lobby. Useful WhatsApp text message help desk service which makes it easy to communicate if you have anxiety about talking on the phone in a foreign language and you can use Google Text Translate if you don't know English or Arabic. Very clean hotel, with nice decorations. Plastic food boxes are available in the restaurant, so you can take your meal and eat later in the room, or carry food to your child or companion. Fast wi-fi. Close proximity to the Prophet's Mosque and you can see the beautiful scenery of it from the room window. Successful air conditioner. Electric sockets are United Kingdom/England type, and USB charging ports are available on the socket. Our chargers were European type and the cables were USB-Type-C (both ends), thanks to the hotel staff, they lent us a socket converter when we requested via WhatsApp. Everything is perfect about the hotel.

The rooms were comfy. Location is very convenient. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We like the hotel. Little price as compared to similar hotels. We would definitely coming back to the same hotel.

1/ Room Very Nice, very comfort. My Family n I really like The room is very comfortable, cozy, the carpet is very comfortable to sleep in. Not to mention the room faces the Haram Mosque. very satisfying. 2/ Breakfast - The breakfast is satisfactory, but for ASEAN countries it may not be suitable, but the portions of eggs, pancakes, and salads are very satisfactory. **Additional, During my Check-in The Staff very kind, So Friendly and understanding.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Location is close to masjid e nabvi gate 322 which is women's prayers side. Males prayer section and roza rasul are also nearby. Fabulous views of Rawda and masjid e nabvi, excellent food and extremely vigilant and courteous staff. Restaurant manager was very kind. Food is bit expensive but I like the taste. Worth every penny and insha'Allah I'll preferably stay here even in future.
