Staff are extremely helpful starting from the manager / owner to the drivers ,thank you very much, The room size is spacious ,cleaned and near to the local shops also you can walk for about 15 to 20 mins to haram ,Also you can walk on the Quba walkway park with shops on both side which is very convenient for your shopping. The private transport was also big bonus especially now in Ramadan because they are having permission to enter haram mosque inside parking and drops you at the lift numb 7 which is near to door no 33 or 34

The location was ideal - it was in between Masjid al-Nabawi and Masjid Quba - and was a lovely, soul-searching walk to either of the holy sites.

I really enjoyed my stay for 4 days. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. The bus service to and from Haram Alnabawi was very convenient. The bus driver Imad was so patient and kind specially to old people. Abu Abdulla and Abu named and Tameem are very nice guys and allowed me late check out.They understand the flight circumstances. Sadig is one of the staff who showed me places around the hotel and access to marsh qoba and supermarkets nearby.I highly recommend

The property is new and clean which was amazing. This was my main thing and the facilities there were good. The star of the place is brother Sadiq. He is a legend and he is the reason for the slightly higher score honestly May Allah reward him he helps wherever he can. Man is a legend.

Very clean, location is not bad middle between Alharm and Gubaa mosque, special thanks for Imad how drove us to Alaram and Goubaa he is very patient and kind and Abu Tamim .

“I had a great experience at this hotel. The shuttle service for all prayers was very convenient. The bathrooms were clean, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. The room was spacious, equipped with a fridge and an oven, and had a large curtain for privacy. The hospitality was excellent, with a very welcoming host. They also accommodated my request for early check-in and late check-out. I would definitely come here again.”

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness was on point. Furniture was nice and new. Good local cheap food shops/supermarkets nearby 10-15mins away by walk. Excellent shuttle service to the masjid nabawi
