We love this hotel. We are returning customers. Family friendly great iftar and suhoor buffet. Housekeeping are good as well as reception and cafe in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Very close to the haram. Concierge will help with anything if you ask. We will be returning to this hotel.

The hotel was excellent. The reception and check-in faultless, especially Eman. The lifts were always available. The room was king size, spacious, very clean and smelt lovely. The bed and pillows were sumptuous and we slept so comfortably. The view was amazing to the street and the food courts. Very near the haram. Breakfast was the only negative. The beef bacon and hash browns were served very cold, uncooked I think. Put in the containers from frozen - Bacon needs to be cooked! It’s not salami! Hash browns were soggy. The waiter Jamil gave a good service and was attentive. The hotel is international, it should offer an international choice. I could hardly eat anything.
