The hotel is strategically located within walking distance to the Holy Prophet’s mosque. All shops and amenities are found directly outside the hotel. Whilst not a 5 star property the loss of facilities and luxury is hugely over compensated by the superb customer service and genuine hospitality of the management, Mr Mahmoud (manager of operations) ensured that I was comfortable and well looked after by the housekeeping staff, in particular Mr Moshtaq who catered for all my requirements throughout the stay and made sure my room was clean and not short of any consumables. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and would urge anyone to ask for Mr Mahmoud to assist them.

The location was great. Close to the grand Mosque. Small walking distance. About five minutes. Has the necessary shops and amenities around the building.

The location was very close to the mosque. The cafe at the reception served Karak Tea which was very nice. Transport was easily available. Good restaurants nearby serving reasonable taste food (Indian/Pakistani/Arabic).
