Like it: Close distance to Masjid Nabawi & many food coury and baqalah near by surroubding Hotel Dont like: 1. Chevk in Time need to que long and waiting to long. 2. Escalator Lift service are slow and every pre and post Solat time guesss need to que and wair too long in order to get into lift. Very very hectic on tbis matter.

We arrived at 3pm and could check in earlier. Thank you. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in, spacious & clean rooms with toiletries and bottled water, musallah & quraan (finer details). The 7th Floor assistant Johir and supervisor Nazmul was very helpful, efficient and always willing to assist with urgency. Breakfast Suhoor was a delicious spread of cereals, various breads, cooked foods with tea, and filtered coffee options. The location from the Hotel to Haram is so close for the females. The price is worthwhile paying for the services and location.
