It was a last mintue booking and we were greeted by mohamed i think (grey suit) he made sure we gad a smooth transaction in checking in as we were a big family, even got an upgrade definitely would recommend to others

The total is very recommended not only because of the location one minute to haram in addition to thier hospitality and kindness of the administration the manager of the reservation who help us to extend for one night during the most busy time and no hotel was available and we don’t have pervious reservations was very kind he check and adjusted until he got one room for us as we can’t thank him enough for what he did and also his kindness with my mom as old lady he is very respectful. Big thanks to Mr Mohammed mostafa and Emad alharaby

Easy access and closer to backside of the Haram. Just 3-4 mins walk to the inner part of masjid. Breakfast buffet has good options everyday. Enitre staff is very helpful.

This was a firmly 2.5 - 3 star hotel - staff, breakfast, facilities, comfort, everything! My shower drain was blocked the toilet seat was not fixed fully with the WC. However, albeit being a bit small, the room was just sufficient for my needs and was reasonably tidy, although the neighbours were noisy at night, making it difficult to get rest and sleep. But the location of the hotel compensated for all its deficiencies. It was so conveniently located that I could leave my room and within a few minutes, I will be in the Haram. Based on the convenience alone, and given the opportunity, I will definitely stay in this hotel again, In Sha Allah.
