The hotel was decent but they don’t speak English at the reception so it’s hard to communicate. They don’t provide toiletries regularly. Once you finish using it you need to ask the reception and they take long to bring it to you. The location was a bit noisy as it’s on a busy street. The AC in the room also makes noise sometimes and it’s difficult to fall asleep. Other than that the hotel is pretty decent. It’s a 25 minute walk to the Haram.

The staff ( receptionists ) aren’t that welcoming. We being their clients they should treat us as a priority and not an option. Waiting time to be registered takes too long. Otherwise the place is good near all amnesties and the Beauty of all this is the Prophets mosque is Just a few minutes walk.

The card key gets faulty everyday. You have to go to reception to re-new the RF ID on it. Sometimes need to go twice.

Spacious room with all facilities you need. Staff was wonderful. It costs only 10 SAR to go to Haram by taxi and they are available most of the day/night. There is a grocery store/ clothing shop and a couple of restaurants downstairs so you dont really need to go away far for most general needs

Location was good, nearby grocery store & restaurants both Pakistani & Indian. Easily available transport to Masjid e Nabwi.
