The room was amazing facilities very good. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend the stay. Only could speak to Yasar as he was fluent English. The other staff had to be spoken with Google translation which I didn't mind but would be nice if more staff could speak English. But overall a very pleasant stay

Apartment was the sam as advertised, everything was nice, staff was very welcome, had good command of English. Parking was available right in front of the building.

The room was very spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The hotel offered shuttle service to the main mosque in Medina which was convenient. There were lots of shops near the hotel, so shopping was very convenient. Also there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well, so eating out wasn't so bad.

Breakfast was just Okay, but it is almost free of cost so it is not bad. Location of the hotel is fine, there are plenty of parking avialable behind the building front , side & Back, they also have parking so it is perfect.

Very nice, clean and new hotel.... excellent and well decorated rooms with comfortable bed and all basic facilities.... going to Masjid An Nabawi is less than 10 minutes in taxi which usually takes between SAR 10 to SAR 20. This hotel is very good value for money!
