Location is great, super easy to find. In a busy shopping area so good if you want to eat out. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me for an early check in. Room was immaculately clean and so was the bathroom, which came as a surprise. Their staff attitude is the best thing about this place, you notice it from the moment you check in till you check out.

Check in was smooth, staff was extremely cooperative especially Bell Boy Armaan was great and helpful, parking is open meaning outdoor not in basement and distance is far from Haram, only recommended for people with their own car.

After long drive to madina, Checked in late night around 1am, requested for late check out, accepted. Receptionist was very good and helpful. He guided me how to travel to Al Haram and park there, I did and it was fantastic choice. My wife loved the room. Very modern and has all the facilities available in room, fridge, bottles, tv, air con, iron, kettle etc. I'm glad we made the best choice. It's around 10min drive to Haram. Parking is free at hotel if driving, Haram parking is cheap aswell. SAR 1.5 per hour I believe.

Room cleanness, bed comfortable, Room tidy. Accommodation in this hotel was very comfortable, but it is far from the Prophet’s Mesjed and you must use a taxi to go to the Prophet’s Mesjed
