Few minutes walk to masjid nabwi . Value for money . !! Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff 10/10 . Will only come back to this hotel in madina .

Customer services were great - from the warm welcome when we arrived at reception, to the bellboys, cleaning and restaurant staff - everyone was always eager to help friendly but professional. Prices everywhere have gone up considerably since we last visited Madinah in the same period so what we paid for a triple room at Finda was very reasonable. The room was spotless and as its a new hotel there’s no mould or worn carpets that we have seen in more established hotels in Madinah previously. Water, towels and toiletries were regularly replenished and the cleaners are doing a great job keeping rooms and public areas clean. Breakfast changed every day and items were regularly topped up. The main disappointment was that coffee was in sachets and not freshly ground. Also the water temperature in the shower was quite hard to control - it would go from cool to hot with little variation in between. To be fair we didn’t object enough to notify reception and get it fixed but future guests may find this an issue. Location wise it is less than a five minute walk to the haram on the Rawdah side. So a but of a trek if you need one of the women’s entrances.

The room itself was spacious and beds were comfortable The toilet was small and not clean and on top of that the shower drain was blocked and water was spilling over outside

It was close to the desired location. The staff were friendly. They are ready to help and water supply was plentiful. Toliteries were available, the beds were clean and comfortable. Towels supply was good.

Location was good, walking distance to the Masjid. The entrance for the men's praying area is closer than the ladies from this hotel. Clean and comfortable. My booking had Breakfast included and was decent. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Very grand and luxurious accomodation. Gate 364 of Masjid al Nabwi was only 5 minutes walk.
