Location isn't far from Masjid Nabawi, plus they have free shuttle service which is always on time as per the schedule. Loved the room and view was also good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and smelt amazing when we entered. The staff were very helpful. It was a very calm and peaceful hotel no noise from anywhere even though it is on a main street. The air conditioning was nice and cold 🥶. Thank you very much. I will definitely use again when I get an opportunity to visit Madinah.

The hotel was a great stay. The check-in took a little while because my credit card was getting charged at the hotel rather than from booking.com from before and it kept declining for some reason, so I had to provide a debit card and it went through, so make sure to take a couple of cards with you just in case or have Saudi Riyal cash in hand. It was clean, staff were nice and front desk were too. They have a shuttle bus service for those living at the hotel which will take them till near Masjid Nabawi and from there the walk to the masjid is 5-10 minutes. If you were to walk from the hotel to Masjid Nabawi it would take you 35-40 minutes if walking at a fast pace. The shuttle bus service is good and I'd suggest taking a picture of the schedule and being there on time for arrival and departure but don't wait till last minute to get to the shuttle bus service otherwise it may not be there. When you need your room cleaned, you have to call a number and leave your doorknob sign outside asking for cleaning and hopefully they'll clean it by the time you come. If you need anything just ask the front desk and they'll help you, like we asked for an iron and it was delivered to our door after our return from outside. Overall good hotel, a little far walking wise but not bad for the price during Ramadan season.

The staff was very courties & friendly from the room service Mr Jummah and his team made sure that the room is clean and provided exceptional service. At the front desk Mr Sultan was very helpful while checking out and extended my check out time upto 3.00pm. Aĺso hotel is providing Shuttle service for all the prayers to the Mosque which is very convenient Hotel is located around twenty minutes walk from Haram Texi ride is available round the clock for ten riyyal.

Rooms was large and Clean. At any time I request cleaning the room, the staff immediately available to clean at all time of the day. I like the peaceful and quietness with nice city view of the hotel and rooms.

The location is superb. Around 1.5 km from haram. The shuttle service runs frequently and is quite convenient. You can also hail a taxi for only 10 riyals. The ambiance of the hotel was also pretty nice. Moreover, the staff was also great. They allowed us an early check in (6 am).

This hotel is very clean staff was very polite and good There reception manager excellent any thing u need u can get in seconds Location is not far from haram u can say about 15 mins walk Straight to haram and 2 to 3 mins taxi take All an all very good and price worthy hotel.
