Location near haram Splendid partial view of nabawi and baqi cemetery Hospitality and customer orientated care at all levels of dedicated staff Thank you to: Ms Abeer _ customer manager desk for hospitality and dedicated care to client attention. Mr mustafa _ manager MS TAIBA _ reception desk officer for check in efficiency Mr Bashir Ali and Mr Yusuf _11th floor attendants for accomodation and amenities. Always keeping it clean Lift facilities rapid and never crowded.

Customer care at all levels of staff Location very close to nabawi Lifts facilities were very good Hotel very clean Lifts facilities very accessible and comfortable.never overcrowded or long waiting queues.. Thank you to: Ms Abeer.guest relation desk Manager for facilitating our stay and support provided throught our stay.The hospitality extended was excellent. Mr Mustapha manager for extending support Ms Taiba at reception for help upon check in Mr Bashir attendant on 11th floor and Mr Yusuf Ali attendant 11th floor both for cleanliness of rooms and amenities The partial nabawi view and baqi were rarely a bonus. Good location, particularly for female, as the door number 29 for ladies is just 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was also good, except that more changes in the main course would be better, eating almost the same items day after day. Free car parking was also very good but advance confirmation was lacking - depending on availability. Appreciate the early check in at about 2pm.

The hotel is new, clean, and very close to the mosque of the prophet (sas). Breakfast was average, with no omlets, but they had hot food, pancakes, and not bad bakery.

The distance from the mosque, restaurants and gift stores is very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Abdur Rahman at the front desk was amazing. I would love to stay here next time I visit.

Very spacious, nice reception area. Especially close to Masjid Haram including food and shopping places. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Two polite young men Kauser and Rayyan went above and beyond to help us, their friendly attitude made our stay positive.
