Stayed twice, before and after Umrah. Room 207 on 3 to 5 March, Reception staff were really good. Especially Nayaf and another young lady, sorry forgot name. House keepers and bellboy were very helpful and friendly. It’s opposite Gate 327, on northern west side, and can hear Jamat and Taraweh clearly. Their Iftar buffet is very nice, and good price.

I was allowed for early checked in at 2.00pm instead of to wait until 4.00pm and was given a room at low floor as requested. Great size and with a bit of the "Haram" view. The restaurant, Chef and his assistants, and the waiters are great, and the selections of menu for sahur is great.
