It was amazing - this hotel upgraded me to the tulip al daar and Included complimentary breakfast for the change. I couldn’t be more happier with the service - very close to masjid Nabawi (men’s entrance)

We had a wonderful stay at Emaar Al Mektan Hotel. The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Alhamdullilah for the stay here from the bottom of my heart. Everything was so perfectly arranged and we were looked after really well. We were able to get enough rest for ibadah in the sacred month of ramadan. The room service was outstanding. We had a lot of laundry that needed to be done, and the workers there took care of everything. I am very pleased with my stay here. It was only for two days and I had nothing to complain about when it comes to comfort, location, price, surrounding, service and the most important for me cleanness. We had a lot of options around us when it came to shopping. Everything necessary was within a 5 to 10 minutes reach (walk). The café was good (floor no. B1) and had a lot of options. I can only recommend the manakish there because I only tried that. But I will add, that the desserts were looking very delicious too. I didn't get the chance to visit the restaurant, but In sha Allah next time. The hotel lobby and everything in it was just aestheticly very pleasing. The hotel compliments(? body lotion, soap bar, coffee and tea bags, water bottles, bathroom slippers etc.) were also amazing (especially the smell of the body lotion, towels and soap bars). I would also like to mention the shoe placement area with the sitting bench and the closet with hangers. That was extremly convenient. The view from the hotel was relaxing. From our window we were able to see the jamat praying together. Our room was on the 10th floor (we had a four beds room). And also it was quite spacious. The sitting area with table and multiple chairs were very convenient. My relatives even came to visit with their kids for Iftar and Sehri together and it wasn't tight at all. Masjid an nabwi was only a couple of minutes walk to the gates. To the masjid inside itself maybe 5 to 10 minutes depending on the crowd of people walking towards there as well.

Seeing Haram from window. Feeling can't be expressed. Hearing 5 tkmes Azan of Masjid al Nabawi in hotel room price less. All good. Seeing people walking towardsMashid al Nabawi from Window priceless May Allah provide another time stay at Makkah and Madina for us. Aameen.

The staff was excellent the behave they treated their customers was outstanding. Location is quite near to Musjid Nabwi..heily recommended for masjid nabwi visitors ...The people on reception was realy professional...

The location was so close to masjid, the staffs were super friendly. We asked for two rooms closer to each other and the reception staffs made sure we got them. Abdul qader the person who was looking after cafe gave us welcome fruit bowls. There were regular staffs visiting the floors and checking if we needed anything. Water bottles were refilled a lot which was such a huge convenience. They had the best huge pillows too!! Alhamdulillah we enjoyed the stay a lot

We use this hotel every time we are in Madinah and the team very kindly upgraded both our twin rooms to family suites. The location, hotel and staff at this hotel is faultless and we cannot wait to return. Thank you to the Emaar Al Mektan team for accommodating such a wonderful stay

Location very near to masjid e nabawi, inside Markazia. Parking is a bit of a problem there but the view of mosque was awesome.
