One of the best hotels in Madina, I would like to extend my special thanks to Ghaliah who works in the hotel for her lovely welcoming when we arrived at the hotel, and we would definitely come back again. Such a nice and beautiful hotel.

Extremely clean and well maintained . Specially the 2 ladies on reception , they are so cooperative and proactive whenever you need any assistance. Overall staff is very friendly. Peaceful and nice place.

The property is modern and is relatively clean, however when walking bare foot in the bedroom, I stepped on a pin that handed been vacuumed.
