I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel staff were co-operative except the receptionist. The room was neat and clean. The hotel is just 5 mins away from Haram. Internet speed was slow and didn't work most of the time. There is no housekeeping service. The room was quite small.

About 10 Min walk from Al Haram Pakistani food is just opposite hotel 3 restaurants and reasonably priced & over spiced lol Shower toooo small that I cant fit in it AC buttons not working No one come to clean room unless you ask

Receptionist was very good and the housekeeping The rooms on 4th floor were small however we moved to 8th and 9th floor big bathrooms clean and very decent compared to the bottom floor rooms…

silence , this is all i liked a lot about this hotel. I came from long flight and silence was much needed for my deep sleep before i could embark my journey to Masjid Nabvi
