The location is good, and only 5 minutes walk from the Prophetic Mosque. We booked a family room, which was nice as we had a little more space.

We were actually upgraded to Deyar Al Eiman which turned out to be even better as the room was big with 5 beds and a separate lounge room and bigger shower room. Breakfast was good but with little Pakistan food options.

Alhamdulillah, this booking is reliable. Check in very fast, just show the booking number and passport. I got room on the 13th floor, the elevator functioned very well - no issue to go up and down at anytime. Housekeeping staff is very helpful - always visible on the floor. Room picture as per display photo. The Prophet mosque entry gate number is 326.

The location is very good, close to Haram - 150 metres. Room is good but not so spacious for a family.

Location: walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, particularly Gate 326 and Gate 328. Near to food and souvenir shops. Staffs: all of the staffs are very helpful especially Omar Farouk and Imon, they will always attend to provide you with anything you need.
