Staff were really friendly. Bathroom door had an inch gab at the bottom not really ideal if you’re going to have a shit need better privacy.

It was on the Walking distance from Prophet Mosque, Staff is very friendly , Alot of shops and Restaurants are on Walking distance.

Hotel was clean and is approximately 10 to 15 mins walk from Haram. The staff were were supportive and polite, specifically Ms. Ayesha from the reception desk and Mr. Shaheen from the room service team. Worth for money. However, restaurant options around the hotel is very limited.
