Quadruple room was a bit small in size for 4 people, not enough space to move around. The room was a bit dated, could do with some renovations to the bathroom. The room was clean and service from workers was good too. Also the location and price was good.

Requested an early check in and received a room key upon arrival. Unfortunately, there were still people asleep in the assigned room. The next room also had people asleep in it and we were asked to wait in the lobby. The couches in the lobby were comfortable and my kids fell asleep instantly. We waited for an hour while a new room was being assigned to us. The room has all the basic amenities, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is small, but adequate. MD Ali Ullah made sure that we had whatever we needed for our room each day and did a wonderful job of cleaning it and providing us with clean towels and drinking water. The location to the Haram is excellent, it's a short 5 minute walk. There are enough lifts, so minimal time is spent waiting for lifts. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

room is very small cant move easily as two persons … bathroom and tv maintainance needed … bathroom is not good the design is not considering comfort of use … only the distance to center is good

Excellent helping reception staff went above and beyond their duties, esoecially during the busy period of Ramadan. Housekeeping staff are also very responsive and professional.

Location is good. Goof coffee. Good ambience and decor. Housekeeping was always on top of their work and provided everything. Clean amazing rooms. Car Parking was good but too tight but got the job done.

Close location to Masjid Al Nabawi… esp to the ladies gate. It’s just behind movenpick. Clean hotel. Good reception services.
