Room was cleaned daily and water refilled in room. The hotel staff was exceptional and any assistance required was promptly attended to. The reception staff was always helpful and the entire area was clean and clean. They informed me of everything that the hotel was able to offer and ensured that we were well looked after. The location is a bit far as its a good 7-9 mins walk away from the haram outside gates. I liked this hotel and would recommend it.

Friendly staff and location; not expensive but very clean and very comfortable beds. It was Ramadan so we didn’t experience breakfast. We were passing through on the way from Alula to Riyadh.

What you get with that price was really good! room interior is really modern, which is not usual and hard to get here (even 5 stars hotel are normally oldies). location is good, not the nearest one but 10 minutes walk max to Nabawi Mosque is totally walkable. The staff (a man) at reception was super friendly. I forgot his name :( I Highly recommend this hotel! aah and there were no queueing problems with elevators :)

It was a very nice stay in this hotel. Very clean hotel. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Espacialy Hissa. They do every thing to make it a nice stay in this hotel. Very goood. I have nothing to complain. Ma sha Allah. And it is very close to the masjid nabawi and also close te masjid lghamama.

I think the location was very good and walking distance form the masjid. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the housekeeping team to the check in team. Jumana was very helpful with helping me order a careem to the station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were friendly and professional. The place was clean and well presented . Checking in and checking out was really good. I will love to come back again Inshallah when i return to beautiful city of Medina. Highly recommended.
