Apartment was similar to what was shown in the pictures. We arrived earlier than checkin time but host arranged temporary apartment to have some rest. 10 min drive from Haram. Possible to wash clothes.

Its a family apartment, the owner is very friendly and they try to provide excellent service. Some apartments are good and some are not. we were give one aprtment first it was not OK, then we moved to 3rd floor which was also not ok but the owner requested to stay on it for one night and then he will move to the apartment advertised on the booking.com. The owner is good man who always try to make you happy which is good. These apartmenets are value for money thats all I can say.

I liked everything about them, especially the demeanor of the manager and attendant; privacy, sense of security and comfort me and my family had at the property, access to different food points, its access to main road and being only 5 min. drive from Masjid Al Nabawi SAWW and many more. I would recommend them (Al Fatih Apartments) to all who seek the same.

Good size family home at an affordable price. Location is close to many local amenities and taxi costs to Masjid Nabawi around SAR 25 for a family of 7. The host is very nice and helpful. We made it a little family home during our stay. The kitchen has a microwave, which is very useful for warming up foods. We didn't cook, so there was no comment on the hub.

The host was really nice and understanding, I booked 1 day less by mistake and he was very understanding of us having to extend our stay with no drama, before we got there he was in contact with us from the day prior and was very quick to respond with any queries we had which I found was very proactive of him.
