Great location, good room size, comfy beds, clean bed sheets, very good pillow, towel was so good great quality one, and 3 sizes , face / hand and bath towel, room keeping staff up to the notch, A1, almost every day Duty manager will call and ask everything U required anything, ask for comfort, I can book this hotel again and again ..

Location to Haram is convenient and easy, especially near women's entrance. Far from Rawda. Food street is close. Hotel staff are friendly. Lifts are busy but rarely takes long.

Like it's good for a stay the staff is good and cooperative near to Haram Main Gate 333 Inside 19-20-21 gate. We like this hotel for our future stay 🙂

Perfect place to stay with family. 5 mins walk to Masjid e Nabwi. Neat and clean rooms with all basic facilities available. The staff is very welcoming and well mannered. Would definitely love to stay again

Very nice location and staff. Very close to masjid nabwi and dining places. Excellent staff, the people in the reception were very nice and welcoming especially Rehan. Also the rooms had nice facilities and our roomkeeper Zia Ul-Haq was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. All in all a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this property for the month of Ramadan. After booking and looking through the reviews we were a bit optimistic but once we saw the place we knew we were worried for nothing. From get go eveything went smoothly, staff and the cleaning staff were super helpful. Our cleaner Ziar Ul Haq accommodated to all of our request when cleaning the room. As we were all ill when we go to the hotel, we requested to have our bed sheets changed everyday, Ziar Ul Haq without any hesitation followed through our request. I would recommend this hotel for your stay as location is perfect, with Masjid just a couple of minutes away. Also for eating out all the shops are very convenient with just a couple of minutes walk.
