Everything great. Staff member named Abdullah was so friendly and kind. We arrived early morning at 04:00 and there were no rooms available, however, he called us after Fajr prayer and said, one room is now available for early check-in without any additional costs. Later, he also suggested places if we wanted to buy clothes etc. He made sure that we get view of Haram from our room :) 5 mins walk to Haram Very pleased overall 😀

Excellent location. When I reached the hotel I was upgraded to Haram view room for no extra cost as the room I booked went down in price on the day so it was a nice view of old masjid. Only issue I found was the bathroom was very small and less room to shower but the facilities were all good Will book again in future

The location is best 2-4 mins walk from masjid nabawi. The room is clean and tidy. Also the guy named zakir showed us the room to choose if we like it or not, usually dont get to see that mind of service in other hotels. Location is also very good as there are many shops downstair to buy stuff with pharmacy. Beds were comfy. The check in time is too annoyed as its 4:30 and check out is at 1200 which is very early. Rest we were happy

The location was perfect. I booked it for my elderly parents, and they loved how close it was. The Haram is directly opposite the hotel.

House keeping not coming daily was my biggest complaint and wish the bathroom were bigger. Otherwise good value for money

Location is excellent. Check in and check out process was very simple. Accommodation was good but the bathroom is extremely small.

Location of the Hotel is Excellent. Staff are very Friendly aswell. I would Definitely use this Hotel again. It is apparently a 1 star hotel. But i would say it is at least a 3 Star Hotel. Room size is very Good aswell.
