A cozy hotel close to gate 328 Al Nabawi, Comfortable room with great facilities. Many great cafes around . Check in time is at 5pm and they are strict about it. Got my room upgraded to tripple occupancy. Thanks a lot

Very comfortable stay, located near Haram (around 250 meters) from Gate 328. The rooms were comfy, and hotel staff were hospitable and welcoming.

Location was perfect especially close to ladies entrance, room size was very good, staff were very helpful, couldn't fault them at all. Would recommend to family & friends.

Pros: Location, Hospitality, Concierge, Parking Cons: Restrooms are not friendly for old age pilgrims and Pillows need to be a bit sturdy, they are too spongy and gets flattened.

The property is very close to the Haram—just about a 3 to 5-minute walk to gate 328 on the northern side. The hotel itself is clean and overall great. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the restaurant cashier, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I reported the incident to the duty manager, Hussam, who was very apologetic and professional. He handled the situation well and even offered complimentary fruit plates and fresh juice to make up for it, which I appreciated. Aside from that incident, the stay was excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and bathroom was good. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to go to masjid al nabawi.

The location is excellent..just a short walk to the Haram, making it very convenient to attend all five daily prayers. There are also plenty of shops nearby for groceries and gifts, which is a big plus. However, the rates during the Ramadan season are quite high, and the elevators tend to be overcrowded around prayer times, which can be frustrating.
