The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Every team member took the time to introduce themselves and have a chat with us, making us feel truly welcomed. Whenever we had an issue, the hotel responded quickly and sent someone to assist us right away.

Staff super helpful and really nice! Very clean hotel with lovely aesthetics. Amazing rooftop! Great shower & very comfortable bed. Perfect location to get around.

Everything! El Salvario was more than perfect, everything we were looking for. Excellent service, good breakfast included, beautiful amenities. They really pay attention to the details, to make an exceptional experience for the customer.

Everything as excellent, however I was disappointed that the rooms were smaller than expected. However the experience was truly positive, the decoration of the whole building great, very tasteful, rooms very comfortable for two, romantic atmosphere, restaurant food divine.

We loved the design of the hotel, the breakfast was nice and the beds comfy. The hotel is in a busy area but the rooms were well insulated from the noise outside. The rooftop was also really nice!
