The staff was really nice and helpful. Laundry service delivered our clothes nice, clean and folded. Nothing missing. Amazing breakfast with four different choices. The room was great, comfortable bed, safe box, bathroom with warm shower. Overall, the hotel is welcoming, clean, and aesthetic. Perfect location right by a lot of great restaurants and bars, approx. 10 mins to the metro.

The hotel is modern, spacious and clean, situated right in the Manila area of Medellin. The service was friendly, the price was great and the breakfast was the best we have had since we have been in Colombia.

Great location and very clean. Comfy bed and a waterfall shower. For the price you can’t really beat it, especially considering it has air conditioning which others in a the area at a similar price point lack. Staff made this place for me though. All of them were exceptionally friendly and I made a point of having a conversation with them when I came or left. Will definitely be back here next time I am in Medellin.

The terrace is a great spot to chill after a long day. The staff were very nice. The shower was very good. The breakfast is super good. You can choose between different options. The location is very good, beside a pedestrianised street, plenty of restaurants around.
