Biggest problem - lack of extra elevator. Last Friday was a very noisy street party in front but I understand that is very rare and wouldn't happen again.

It’s a lovely hotel with an amazing jacuzzi and breathtaking views. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. We tried the breakfast, but I found it hard to fully enjoy. It’s a basic offering, as expected for the price.

The facility is great! Staff is so helpful and the breakfast is so good! The rooms are so big, very clean. You have everything you need. If I go again Medellin, I would stay in this hotel. There are many restaurants/cafes around very vibey.
