The fine print
Please note that in accordance to 679 of 2001 Colombian Law, Law 1336 de 2009 and 3840- 2009 resolution, sexual exploitation of children is illegal. Therefore, every children from ages 0 to 17 must present a valid ID and birth certificate along with the parents ID to verify their relationship. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the accompanying adults must have a written and authenticated authorization along with the previously mentioned documentation.LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Colombian citizens, resident foreigners or foreigners that do not have a room package with at least two services bought, must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) only when receiving a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country; Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.

The rooms were nice and clean. We had a nice view of the city. Breakfast was not included so no comments on that. Location is great because is withing the shopping centre el tesoro where you can find literally anything. But not great if you want to explore the city. The staff was friendly

The nice view from the room, the breakfast was good, hot chocolate was excellent, the location was perfect for shopping at the centro commercial el Tesoro. Also the water temperature of the pool was good, nicely warm.
