Location, Service - Friendly Staff! Rooms are neat and spacious. Rooftop is a great area to relax. Breakfast has variety.

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are extremely clean, everything seems new, huge space, and have everything you need to feel comfortable and be there for a short stance or like I did for three weeks. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, they are willing to you help you find everything you need. The breakfast has many options and is delicious. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend it.

Amazing Hotel at a very good location in the Poblado district. Our room was very spacious and clean with wonderfull views over the city. Very friendly and polite personnel. The breakfast was excellent. Also need to mention that Mr. John at the reception helped us all the time to get around as we are not spanish language speakers.

Location is great, you are within walking distance from malls and supermarkets. Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast is also great. I will sure book again in the near future.
