Service was good especially maid service! Hotel well placed away from noise of the city in a beautiful area. shower water pressure was great. Assortment of fruit for breakfast. Beds were nice firm but not too hard. You could have AC or fan going and had option to turnoff the lights to AC unit so room was good and dark.

Despite a mini hiccup upon arrival, everything was handled quickly and to my expectations. Incredibly kind and dedicated staff, from reception to restaurant service. With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

The location was superb, in a really nice area of Poblado, very close to Provenza but also quiet! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with a really comfy mattress.
