Nice hotel in the heart of Poblado - this means it’s a bit noisy but the hotel allows you to move after one night if it’s too loud which is great (we stayed for all three nights as it was fine). They also provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. The spa is lovely as is the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms are relatively spacious and practical. You can’t get a taxi to the door of the hotel as it is in a pedestrian zone but that wasn’t an issue. It’s less than a 15 minute walk to lots of good restaurants and overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Amazing room and comfortable stay in Medellin! Don’t stay in El Poblado if you can’t sleep through loud music, this is not just a Celestino issue as per a lot of the comments, it’s the party district. Staff were great, even got some laundry done whislt we were there. Highly recommend this hotel :)

The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The shower is big, with excellent water temperature and heat. Love the black out blinds The rooftop pool and sauna are great. Bar looks cute but I never saw it open. Amazing location.

Great location. Lovely staff. Coffee maker in the room; kettle in the lobby. Slightly over-designed bedroom with little hanging/storage space, too much furniture for the space but nonetheless comfortable. Balcony overlooking the street good for people-watching. Fabulous choice of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes’ walk to the nearest metro station.

The service was excellent. Communication was great before arriving, too. Mateo & Alejo were very welcoming and professional. The room was very well presented, creating a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The rooftop area was lovely with great views from the pool. We didn't use the spa facilities due to time restrictions, but we definitely would have.

The hotel location is perfect if your looking to stay in a party area. The sauna, rooftop pool and sauna were lovely and a good range of local restaurants to choose from.

Firstly the staff are amazing, especially the weekend staff. So helpful and friendly and considerate. As for the rooms they are well designed and modern. The back rooms seem slightly larger than the front rooms. Beds are large and comfy. Would have given a 10 but the noise can be ignored , see below.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and the facilities very nice. The rooftop was gorgeous with a nice bar, sauna and cold plunge. The rooms are really beautiful and it's in a great location for exploring medellin.

The hotel is really very lovely, with very comfortable and well set out rooms, even if a little tight for space they manage to fit everything you need in without being too cramped. The rooftop was gorgeous, we loved spending time in the hot tub and sauna and just relaxing with a good view over the city, and the bar was really nice. But what made the stay was the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly - they were really understanding and helpful when my phone was stolen on the metro (watch out for that!) and helped us move room when the first was a bit too noisy. Special shout out to Alejandro and Luis who were amazing. The hotel is right in the heart of the action in Poblado, great if you want to enjoy lots of amazing nights out.
