The neighborhood was green and friendly, lots of restaurants. About 15 minute walk to the Metro. The eating area was open, full of plants and little birds would join us. Staff tried to help us when asked. Big room on top floor to relax in was welcoming. The breakfast was just fine.

Staying in Hotel Bolivariana Plaza was a wonderful experience. All the staff is amazingly friendly and professional. A lot of thought has gone into every element of the accommodation and it was, in every sense, a breath of fresh air. The location is great and the room we stayed in had a lovely view of the city.
