The staff were friendly and welcoming. They upgraded me to a larger room, which was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast included with the reservation, which varied daily, was fantastic. The location couldn't be better, with all the tourist attractions in the city and the train station within walking distance. This hotel offered unbeatable value for money. Check-out time was a bit later and free luggage storage after check-out was also readily available.

The room was clean and bright. The location was good on a street with some cafes and restaurants, even tho everytime you leave the hotel you feel you're going to get robbed or attacked since Medan is not a safe city. There are hundreds of homeless people or drug addicts roaming the streets all day and night.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly, hotel lobby is small and attached with its small cafe but acceptable. Only setback was rooms facing the main road were not very conducive because of noise pollution at night. Other than that, all was fine.

My second time staying at Kama. First one wasn’t that great due to some hiccup. But this time all are perfect. Even we got the smoking room at level 6 which required a little climb over a staircase. The room done pretty well and clean. No smoking smell which is great.

Location is good. Pretty modern hotel. Busy and they serve breakfast if ordered with the room. Has an ATM inside hotel. we returned back for the last day. European sockets.

Location was easy to find from train station - also very good to explore from . Good bar/ restaurant where there is good wifi so you can work if needed.
