We went at this hotel 2 times during our holidays. This first time, We had a room in the 3rd floor, and I didn't get the bad reviews: the room was really nice, clean, with a lovely bathroom, hot shower. The first time, everything was really nice (except some people doing a noisy mess late at night) so We booked a 2nd time there when we'll be back

I currently have a very sore leg so stairs were not an option. The staff quickly accommodated me to a lower floor room in a quiet area. Thank you and I prefer that room in the future. I will return.

The receptionist was smiling and kind even when he did not speak any word of english and try to make us feel confortable offering another room
