Breakfast was fabulous - great variety and fresh ! Facilities - pool - gym etc were first class. Internet was reliable - I was able to work with no connection problems. Staff looked after us from start to finish and always helped with our kids. Hotlan was superb and looked after us from start to finish. Great service by all staff from start to finish - in a busy city this is the perfect place to relax and unwind - can not recommend it highly enough.

The staff was very friendly, I loved the big room & comfy bed. The breakfast was simply amazing and had a ton of oprtions, sweet & savoury, also for a vegan/vegetarian diet. Loved it!

The hotel is very new and laid out like a low-rise resort with the rooms spread across the complex like chalets. Easy access to the rooms on the flat but some are obviously a little far from the main building. The double room was spacious and well equipped with complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee. The bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable. Nice toilet/shower room with the sink in the room rather than the bathroom giving the place a utilitarian feel which was fine for our stay. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of electrical points for recharging of devices. Good, effective air conditioning unit with easy controls. The pool is huge and magnificent. Very well designed and maintained and very warm. I also made use of the the gym which is easily accessible by the pool. Towels were available at both. The bar area is adjacent to the pool and is very nice but kept at a cold temperature making it necessary to don extra clothing if you were eating, or you just sit outside in the warm. Staff were friendly and helpful in the main. We declined the breakfast but made use of the free airport shuttle early in the morning.

Best hotel I have stayed in while in Medan. Spacious room, very comfortable, great service, amazing staff and Mr Hotlan was an excellent host, who made us feel very welcome.

Although I didn’t book the Lake Toba package through the hotel, Arya was very helpful and assisted with queries on how to travel to Lake Toba by coach. He went the extra mile by checking with the coach company to confirm seat availability.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent swimming pool. Walking distance to shopping malls and tourist sites. Recommend the old post office, centre point shopping mall and the old Chinatown area with a large Buddhist temple.
