Hotel is massive and well built. It gives the vibes of a 5 star hotel from the reception areas and general ambiance. Staff were very helpful and supportive especially at reception they really helped us with checking out late.

We went in last 10 days of Ramazan so had iftar at the hotel restaurant. It was reasonably priced at 85Sr per person. Although most of dishes were for Arabic tastes. There was a laundry service at the hotel with a fast turn around although the price seemed slightly high for the service. There was a large lobby area and a tea/coffee/cake shop present. The hotel price was quiet reasonable for excellent facilities but only draw back was it was far from Al Haram.

Top notch linen. Being a linen entrepreneur in my country, I was amazed by their linen quality. The cleanliness was amazing, the house manager was very nice. Quality finishing, shuttle service to the haram after every hour. Very serene environment.
