Comfortable beds Quiet Place Overall clean hotel

Excellent hotel 5* all the way, however it is not ideal if you plan to pray all 5 prayers at the Masjid haramain. Please don't book for Ramadan any hotel that is a little distance because of road blocks, shuttle service and alot of waiting. I would give 9-10 out of 10 however the shuttle let's it down, perhaps its alot better outside of Ramadan but not ideal in Ramadan, I would advise pay a little more and book closer to haram in Ramadan. The hotel value for money was excellent it is worth every penny. I had a issue and the manager Muali was excellent and so helpful, he even gave me his personal number to contact him of any provlems. Overall excellent stay just shuttle service to Masjid Haramain not ideal in Ramadan. Also just next door is a local masjid where the imam has such a beautiful voice MaaShaAllah and great atmosphere at this masjid.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and handled with great professionalism. Special thanks to the reception staff who facilitated our check-in smoothly, though we regret not remembering his name. The suite exceeded our expectations—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable furnishings and excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful stay. Housekeeping services were impeccable, maintaining the highest standards throughout our visit.

Room was extremely clean ! The staff so helpful and friendly !!! Free bus to go to the haram exactly 19 minute ! And uber 6€ 14 minute away . Breakfast it’s very very nice ! If you say it’s no good you lie guys

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with bright and airy rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and ensured a pleasant experience throughout the stay. The shuttle bus service was frequent and reliable, with friendly drivers—especially Abdul Hamid, the Egyptian driver, who stood out for his kindness. The large, air-conditioned coach added to the comfort of the service. Overall, the experience felt more like a 5-star hotel than a 4-star, which is rare in foreign countries when compared to UK hotel star ratings
