- The location is far in general but you can reach in 5mins to Haram and back with taxi (15 SAR) - Nice spacious and clean rooms, i have booked a suite with 3 rooms. This option is very good for group of 8-9 people as you feel like home. - Breakfast buffet has a very good variety

A comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and shuttle service. Reception: Carry your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for a smooth check-in. Credit card payments are accepted for convenience. The female daytime staff were professional and efficient. English communication with male staff was challenging due to language barriers. Location (Distance and Transportation): The hotel is far from Haram, requiring shuttle or taxi transport. Taxis are available 24/7 due to the hotel's location on the main road. Taxi fare to Haram is around 15-20 SAR; return fares range bit high from 30-50 SAR. Room Condition: The Family Quadruple Room was spacious with four beds, essential toiletries, a private bathroom, and Smart TV. Convenient Features: Electronic options outside the door for "Do Not Disturb," "Ring Bell," and "Cleaning" were handy. The cleaning service was prompt and efficient. The central air conditioning system worked well. Internet was available in the room, but we used our private connection. Breakfast: Highly Recommended: Breakfast is a highlight of the stay, with a wide buffet selection. Breakfast served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Staff will verify your room number and the number of guests at the breakfast area. Shuttle Service: Convenient Access: Shuttle service to Haram is available from the hotel entrance. The shuttle schedule is posted at the reception. Guests must arrive 10 minutes before departure to secure a seat. The bus stops near the Makarem Hotel on Ajyad Road, a 5-10 minute walk to Haram. Guests must wait at the same spot for the return bus. Shuttle drivers’ phone numbers are available at reception. Nearby Amenities: The hotel is near fast food, shawarma, and Turkish restaurants. the rooms where clean but it needs to be done regularly. The place is close to a big mosque for prayers.it is abit far from the haram but there is regular shuttle bus, and one needs only to be patient.

In general everything was good ,very friendly and professional staff,rooms were clean and tidy.will come back.I liked the fact that you had a shuttle running to the harem.
