Where do I start? This hotel is new and oh so stylish and chic Masha'Allah. I love how beautiful and comfortable the rooms are. The attention to detail in this hotel is second to none. I came here to perform umrah in Makkah, and I'm so glad I booked this hotel. My mum loved it as well. The breakfast is also so delicious and they cater to everyone. I would highly recommend you book this hotel. Their shuttle service also runs every half an hour to the haram and back (24hr shuttle service which is wonderful) So no need for taxis, which is great! Time Ruba is a new Hotel located on AlHajj street.7 kms.I stayed here 5 days with family and had booked a quadruple room number 1020.It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioners were working perfectly fine. It has a free shuttle bus 24hrs to the holy mosque.U can catch uber from AlJyadh street for SR17-20 to hotel to avoid walking to bus drop off point.Staff are very cooperative and friendly.Speak english.There is complimentary access to swimming pool,gym and kids area for inhouse guests.Breakfast is good and several sitting areas are freely available.Hunger station delivery is easily available to hotel since there are no restaurants nearby.

Very Luxurious also there’s a bus working 24 hours a day with 30 mins frequency to go to haram and back For people who just arrived don’t book a car take a bus to haram then take the hotel bus to the hotel In case you want to book a car book with app careem Don’t negotiate with drivers before performing you Umra because it’s wrong

The receptionists were very polite and courteous. They were perfect in their job. The people in the room service were excellent, caring and helpful. I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, the corridors were always smelling so good and all the facilities this hotel had. Omar faruk(room service) was exceptional, always there when I needed him for any kind of help. I liked people involved in the concierge, very attentive, polite and caring about my baggages. It was a 5 star experience for me. Well done to the team and Omar faruk.

The breakfast included was good. The bathroom was great and the included body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all top quality. The beds were nice but we booked a room with an extra large bed but we're given a room with 4 single beds instead.
