Breakfast, variety but not as tasty as other parts in Saudi Medina was much better, had different variety. The fruits were nice but other than that nothing I would recommend.

Lovely location. Can use a connecting hallway through clock tower market ground floor then straight to Kaba. Very Good value of money. Amazing service. Special thanks to house keeper Bayezid, front desk supervisor Abdur Rasid and Atif, dinning Hall manager Ashraf and Humza. Lovely hotel for families with small children and elderly people.

The location is closed to the Haram. There is direct gate to the Haram so no need to go to it through the mall. The view to the Kaaba and the new extension to Haram.

We had a great stay at Swissotel Makkah. Our check in was super smooth and quick. The staff were on hand to help at anytime, they provided great customer service. Location was superb, as able to reach Haram in a matter of minutes. Room was clean and comfortable, great shower and toiletries provided were of high quality. Would love to return to this hotel in the future.

The view was amazing of the Kaaba and the Holy Mosque, the breakfast and suhoor were literally world class. More than wonderful.
