Service desk were really good in sorting out issues especially Ahmed who went out of his way to find us clean and nearby rooms to stay in. Downfall it was a short distance from haram sharif. We used their transport only once but didn’t know how to catch the bus back so had to use a taxi.

The huge suite, more like a one bed apretment. They provide all the amenities needed, more than 5* hotels these days. There is a frequent shuttle to the Harem. Taxi transport easily available without much wait time.

The reception was excellent, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We requested early check-in, and they accommodated us warmly—I truly appreciate that. The room was clean and well-equipped, although there was some noise from outside as the room was on the first floor. We requested a room change, and it was handled promptly. There is an on-site market, which was very convenient for meeting all our needs. Everything was excellent, and the shuttle buses to the Haram were available at any time. Overall, however, I would rate the experience as 3 stars.

brilliant hotel. 7/8 mins drive to haram bus stop. bus leaves every 15mins which is much more frequent than alot of the other hotels. rooms comfy and roomy. would definately stay again

Staff are freindly, room are clean, it is near to haram Pprox. 5 minutes by bus . Ground floor has few gift shops

Very good price for money. Excellent shuttle service. Big room size. Free washing machines for clothes. In hotel buffet restaurant at reasonable price (food was neither bad nor excellent though).

The transportation facility to Haram is well organized and the staff is very cooperative, it is good to stay recommended.
