If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The staff made our stay a very memorable one, I cannot fault the service we received, I have to mention Mohammed from the restaurant, his hospitality is what made our stay exceptional, he surely knows how to give a luxury service to his guests, the house keeping staff were very attentive and Mr Chakiri gave the final touch on our departure. We were taken care of at the creamery by Mr Rabana who made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you we will definitely be back soon In’Shaa’Allah

maybe one of the top hotels in Makkah, very friendly staff, very luxurious and spacious rooms. The hotel itself overlooks the Kaabah with some rooms having panoramic views. Def recommend
